We got a horse for Christmas but it does not work. I replaced the batteries is there something else I should do to make it work?

Hello Jodi, did you purchase the horse through Amazon? If so, you can return the item through Amazon and get a full refund. Other than that, I don’t know how to fix it. Hope this helps, and sorry that Nutmeg isn’t working
